I understand that USSA Spark commercial cleaning LLC. reserves the right to change the offer or nature of the position at any time. I further acknowledge that employment with USSA Spark Commercial Cleaning LLC. Inc is on at at-will basis and may be terminated at any time, by either myself or the company, with or without cause or explanation.

In submitting this application for employment/subcontractor, I authorize investigation of all statements contained in it, and it is understood and agreed that any misrepresentation by me in this application may result in cancellation of the application and/or separation from the company’s service if I have been employed.
