GENERAL PAYMENTS
CHECKS: A penalty fee of $50 will be assessed for all returned checks and automatically declined transactions.

COMMERCIAL COMPANY POLICIES
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional services such as Pressure cleaning, Window cleaning, and High-level dusting services are available. Equipment cleaning rescheduling may apply and will be based on business availability.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY: A 30% fee for the cleaning services will apply for cancellations of additional services.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES PAYMENT: The balance is due upon completion of the job. A $50 deposit is required and must be paid on the same day the appointment was scheduled.
LATE PAYMENTS: A 1.5% charge will be automatically assessed for janitorial commercial services payments not received by the due date.
