We use a 49-Point Checklist to ensure that every nook and cranny of your home is cleaned correctly and to the highest standards.

Our residential cleaning services are designed to cover every aspect of your home, with a special focus on kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and dusting. However, we also understand that some areas of your home may require more attention than others. That’s why we allow you to select specific areas that require our specialized attention. RESIDENTIAL POLICIES / TERMS OF SERVICE

SCHEDULING

One-Time Cleanings are scheduled in standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the allocated time. Please note that it may take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We appreciate your patience as we strive to optimize our cleaning process to best suit your home.

While we aim to have the same staff, members clean your home regularly, this cannot be guaranteed. In cases of vacation, illness, or departure from the company, USSA SPARK may provide a replacement cleaner.

If, due to the unique nature of your home, our service providers are unable to complete the cleaning within the allotted time, we may contact you for authorization to extend the cleaning duration. Any additional costs will be communicated to you before proceeding.

Cleaning and disinfecting services require a 50% deposit to be paid on the scheduled service day.

An application needs to be filled out and received by our scheduling team 2-days prior to the scheduled day.

ARRIVAL WINDOWS

To ensure quality service for all clients, USSA SPARK cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our cleaning team to handle the variables of each day and each home without compromising our commitment to you.

When we have a key to the home, our arrival window is between 8 am and 4 pm.

When meeting someone at home, we will set a four-hour arrival window between 8 am and 4 pm.

ACCESS

You have a couple of options for providing USSA SPARK access to your home:

The preferred method is to leave a key with the USSA SPARK Manager or Supervisor. If you have an alarm system, please provide access instructions to your USSA SPARK MANAGER.

For safety reasons, we do not return keys by mail. Customers must come to the USSA SPARK MANAGER and present a picture ID before a key is released.

If leaving a key with USSA SPARK MANAGER is not possible, you may meet the service provider at your residence. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy if USSA SPARK is unable to access your home during the preset arrival window.

SUPPLIES

USSA SPARK uses high-quality, tested, and approved cleaning supplies, including a professional-strength vacuum cleaner with an extra-strong filter. If you have special products, you would like us to use, please inform our manager before your cleaning.

PAYMENT

USSA SPARK gladly accepts Zelle, Cash, and ACH payments.

Full payment is due on the day of your cleaning.

Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, on the day of your cleaning unless you have notified your USSA SPARK MANAGER in writing of an alternate form of payment.

GRATUITY

While tipping is not required, it is appreciated and serves as a gesture of appreciation for our cleaning team’s hard work.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Due to operational costs, NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR TRANSFERS WILL BE ISSUED.

Job satisfaction is guaranteed until the cleaner leaves the property.

Balance is due upon completion of service, followed by an inspection and approval by the owner or person in charge and USSA SPARK SUPERVISOR.

Referral Program: Receive 10% toward your next cleaning.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we require a two-business-day notice. Less than two business days’ notice or inability to access your home will result in a full charge for your cleaning.

HOLIDAYS

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a USSA SPARK observed holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning. Special rates may apply for holiday cleaning services.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE

If any area is not cleaned to your satisfaction, please inform us the same day of the cleaning, and we will promptly re-clean the area. However, any concerns after the cleaning team has left the premises are not guaranteed.

  • Clients will not directly or indirectly employ any employed associates of USSA SPARK COMMERCIAL CLEANING.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuable items. USSA SPARK assumes no liability.
  • Clients must provide a signed copy of this agreement and one set of keys for the service provided. Keys will be returned to the client once the balance is paid off.
